[News] SISTAR-Wooyoung VS B.A.P’s Yong Guk + G.NA On 'M Countdown Smile Thailand'


SISTAR and 2PM's Wooyoung, Yong Guk of group B.A.P and G.NA will stage collaboration performances.

Mnet's "M Countdown Smile Thailand" that is to be aired on October 11 plans to show collaboration performances that are not seen anywhere else. SISTAR, which has vocal and visual ability, and Wooyoung are preparing a performance together, as G.NA who is following the lineage of sexy singers, will perform with B.A.P's Yong Guk.

As one of the most famous girl groups SISTAR will perform "Hands Up" by 2PM with Wooyoung. "Hands Up" is an infectious dance song, and SISTAR plans to sing it with a new feel, with the group's cute and bright character.

The production team of "M Countdown Smile Thailand" said, "Everyone was surprised by Bora's amazing rap skills. It was as if the song was her original." It is an opportunity for the fans to hear 2PM's "Hands Up" in a long while, which has the concept of men who "play well."

G.NA's performance will also be a special one as yet another sexy female singer. B.A.P's Yong Guk will be featuring in G.NA's "2Hot," giving a new birth to the song as a much more powerful one. "2Hot" is a song that was released last May, combining retro rhythm and electronica, and also showing off G.NA's healthy beauty. It took the top tier of "M Countdown" chart as soon as it was released.

Yong Guk, who is the leader of B.A.P. and who is in charge of rap in the group wrote the new lyrics to the song for this performance personally, pouring out his passion for the fans in Thailand. These collaboration performances that were never to be seen on TV before are to show off special performances to fans in Thailand along with all the K-Pop fans.

Mnet's "One Asia Tour 2012: M Countdown Smile Thailand" is a concert in a great scale hosted by a famous Korean music chart program, "M Countdown," taking place on the 4th in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the second of M Countdown's global tour, following its Japan tour last April, and being hosted for the first time in Thailand. It is planned to be broadcasted in Korea and other countries of Asia on the 11th.
