[News] 2PM Kicks Off Second Asia Tour With 8,000 Fans in Shanghai

2PM is off to a blazing start to its Asia tour after successfully kicking off its What Time is it? tour in Shanghai.

2PM kicked off its second Asia tour and subsequent activities in the city of Shanghai as it held a press conference in Shanghai on November 16 at the Marriot Hotel and held a high five event with 300 lucky fans chosen from among the Shanghai concert ticket purchasers. Some 80 members of the press were there to cover the group.

The group then finally kicked off its concert tour at the Mercedes Benz Arena on November 17 where long lines of fans were seen camped outside the venue from the morning of the concert.

Kicking things off with I'll Be Back, the 2PM members displayed their upgraded masculine and sexy charms.

The members' respective solo stages were met with a passionate response from fans as each member showcased their rap, dance and singing skills and showing why the group was among the most lauded male idol groups.

Jun.K also performed a special cover of the popular Chinese song, My Song's Sound.

After successfully entertaining the 8,000 fans and giving them a memorable night, the 2PM members shared, "We're happy we finally began our tour concert and were able to meet with our fans in Asia. It was a time filled with lots of love and hearts racing and we're all the more anticipative of the rest of our tour. We will do our best to show some great performances. Thank you."

2PM will next head to Indonesia on December 8 and Taiwan on December 15.
