A group 2PM’s Japan Tokyo Dome Live DVD ‘LEGEND OF 2PM in TOKYO DOME’ became the 1st place in Oricon DVD Comprehensive Weekly Chart and also in Tower Records DVD Weekly Chart.
2PM Tokyo Dome performance DVD became the 1st place in the comprehensive chart that accumulates not only music but also animation and movie DVD in Japan’s DVD market, and such a fact reflects 2PM’s popularity and status. On April of this year, which was a little less than two years since their debut in Japan, 2PM performed in Tokyo Dome in front of 110,000 audiences.
2PM’s Tokyo Dome Live DVD ‘LEGEND OF 2PM in TOKYO DOME’ includes not only the videos of performances in Tokyo Dome in April but also includes ‘2PM the Movie Road to TOKYO DOME’, a documentary that shows the members when they are behind the stage, and is getting much more attention.
This Tokyo Dome Performance DVD of 2PM recorded 1st place on various reservation charts day after day even before its release and showed off explosive popularity.
Meanwhile, 2PM will release their 3rd album ‘GENESIS OF 2PM’ in January of next year and will start their Arena tour, which will be taking place in five of the cities in Japan with 14 different sets of performances.
