[News] 2PM New Album 'GROWN' Ranks Number 1 on 3 Japan Music Charts

Group 2PM's new album, GROWN, has ranked number 1 on 3 Japan music charts.

Today, JYP Entertainment stated that 2PM's new album, GROWN, was ranked number 2 on the HMV chart for the Version A album and number 1 for the HMV reservations cart for their version B album and on  the Tower Records Daily chart.

Aside from those charts, they are also at number 2 on the Tower Records Cumulative weekly chart and in the top 10 on the Oricon Weekly charts as well.

On the other hand, they will release their Japan single, GIVE ME LOVE, on May 29 and is ranked number 1 for reservations on Tower Records.

This album is their first comeback in 2 years in Korea and has had many fans anticipating and waiting for this album.

They have come back with double title songs, "Comeback When You Hear this Song" and "All Day I think of You."

They have come back with a more mature and soft charm rather than their more familiar 'beast' image.

From the clothing to the music, they have become one step lighter and the music video gives off a more sophisticated and broadway feel.

It was also revealed that the members had worked together to produce this album, making it even more special. Some members composed entire songs while others helped with lyrics or the rap making portions.

2PM is currently busy with activities for their new album.
